Help & How-To — you are stuck and want an answer. Ask plainly. Threads here are public and indexed, so a good answer helps everyone who searches later. If it turns out the app is broken rather than confusing, we will move the thread to Bug Reports — and at that point the checklist there applies, starting with sending a report from inside the app.
Bug Reports — something is broken. Send it from the app first: Settings → About → Support → Send Feedback, with "Include diagnostic logs" left on. That uploads a scrubbed log privately and saves you typing your device details by hand. Then post here with your Installation ID, which is on that same About tab. The pinned checklist in that category walks through it.
Feature Requests — ideas for what Crane should do next. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, not just the button you want. The problem is more useful than the solution.
The Listening Room — books, narrators, recommendations. Off-topic in the best way.
Never paste a log into a thread
This forum is public and search engines index it. Even a scrubbed log carries folder paths and book titles, which is a rough picture of your library. Send logs through the app, where only we can read them.
Your Installation ID is the safe thing to paste. It identifies the install, not you — it is not an account and is not tied to a person.

Anyone can read every thread here. No account needed, nothing hidden.
Posting is invite-only while we are in beta. That is deliberate: it keeps spam out and keeps the signal high while the app is still moving fast. If you want in, email support@cranesoft.com and say a little about what you listen to and what device you use.
