Short version: tell us the problem, not just the button.
A request like "add a 15-second skip button" tells us one solution. A request like "I keep missing the last sentence when I unpause, and 30 seconds is too far back" tells us the actual problem — and there might be a better fix than the one you had in mind.

- What you were trying to do when you hit the wall.
- How often it comes up. Every session, or once a month?
- What you do today to work around it.
What happens to your request
Every request gets read. Most get a reply. Some get built.
We will be honest when something is not going to happen, and why. A clear "no, because..." respects your time more than silence.
